Telephone Teller

With our Telephone Teller you are able to obtain information about your account(s) or perform financial transactions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including holidays), using your touch-tone telephone.

Telephone Teller is very simple…call the Credit Union at 607-936-2493 or Toll Free at 1-888-SEFCU49 (1-888-733-2849) and the computer prompts provide guidance. Each time you call the Telephone Teller you will be asked for your member number and access code.

If at any time you cannot remember the access code you selected (or you do not have one), contact your local branch office of ServU for assistance.

  • Transfer funds between savings and checking
  • Transfer funds account to account
  • Loan payments by transfer
  • Cross-Member transfers with enrollment
  • Check withdrawal mailed to statement address
  • Reorder checks
  • Contact Credit Union directly during regular business hours
