What is a Mobile Wallet?

A digital payment system in which you connect your ServU Visa Debit or Credit Card and pay securely using your smartphone or tablet. ServU Credit Union Visa Debit and Credit Cardholders can utilize Google, Apple, and Samsung Pay with our Mobile Wallet!

Is it Secure?

Yes, payments made through a mobile wallet are encrypted. This means the mobile wallet will turn your 16-digit card number into a randomized set of numbers for each 
transaction. This prevents hackers from obtaining card information.

Convenient and Easy to Use!

Forgot your wallet? No problem. With Mobile Wallet, you can pay using your mobile device by tapping it to the payment station. Once read, your payment will process automatically.

How do I sign up?

Open the wallet on your mobile device then select the “+” symbol and follow the prompts to add the card information. There may be additional verification steps required to verify the cardholder depending on the mobile device and pay service being used. Visa requires a notification be sent to a cardholder each time a card is added to a mobile wallet.

**ServU Visa Credit cardholders can earn up to $25 cash back on any ServU Visa Credit Card purchase made from the Mobile Wallet with a transaction date made on or between May 15, 2024 at 12:00AM and July 15, 2024 at 11:59:59 PM. Transaction must be at least $1.00 to qualify. We reserve the right to determine which transactions qualify for the cash back offers. Cash back will be issued as a statement credit and will be calculated based on the total number of qualifying purchases excluding returns and reversals. Max amount of cash back is $25 per account. Mobile wallet transactions tracked include Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay. Allow up to two billing cycles for cash back to post to your account. All purchases are subject to credit approval. To earn cash back, you must be a cardholder currently in good standing. Terms and conditions are subject to change.
