Job Title: Education Development SpecialistDepartment: Education Development
Job Salary: $18.36 – $22.95 per hour

Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am – 5pm
Job Summary:Providing comprehensive training to new and existing employees on a wide range of financial services, including transactions, phones, member services, lending processes and basic financial counseling.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Associates Degree or related knowledge
- Strong social skills and professional appearance
- Team player with department and other branch staff
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent grammar and communication skills
- Organization skills with attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
- High level of confidentiality is mandatory
- Timeliness and attendance are essential
- Sitting or standing for extended periods of time
- Valid driver license as travel to branch offices is required
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Obtain a thorough working knowledge of all Credit Union products, services, procedures and policies
- Responsible for training teller, phones, lending and member service functions on products, software, compliance, policies and procedures
- Assist with maintaining consistency throughout all branches
- Ability to work as a Branch Specialist
- Training may include structured office environment and in-branch follow-up training
- Assist in the development and execution of an annual training plan
- Maintain a highly motivated, well-trained staff that is knowledgeable on all credit union products and services
- Create and foster a positive professional working relationship with staff
- Encourage staff to actively promote products and services
- Keep abreast of new training trends by attending seminars and reviewing professional publications
- Complete the Financial Counseling Certification Program
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor/management

Job Title: Branch Specialist
Location: Dundee
Job Salary: $16.73 – 20.91 per hour

Job Grade: 6
Status: Full Time, Non-exempt
Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:15am – 5:15pm
Job Summary: Assist members and potential members within the Member Services, Consumer Lending, Teller and Receptionist departments
Essential Duties:
- Obtain a thorough working knowledge of all Credit Union products.
- Provide coverage on teller line, member services, lending and receptionist desk
- Interact with members to explain, promote and offer products as appropriate
- New membership application, share draft, debit card, and other services as requested
- Interview members and gather information for loan applications
- Process loan check-backs
- Any other duties as assigned by management
- Comply with all safety and security policies, practices and procedures. Report any unsafe or suspicious activities to your supervisor.
- Complies with all federal, state, and organizational policies, procedures, and processes, including (but not limited to) the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Performs related responsibilities as required.

Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am – 5pm
Job Summary:Assist in the collection of delinquent loans and negative accounts.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Access)
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Knowledge of collection and lending products and policies
- Organized and attention to detail
- Provide a positive professional image as a representative of the Credit Union
- Valid driver license as travel to court or other branches is required
- High level of confidentiality
- Timeliness and regularity of attendance are essential to the job
- Staff support for collection issues.
- Contacts delinquent accounts by phone and mail. Advises and counsels members of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment. Takes appropriate action to bring account to a current status. As necessary, helps members create custom payment plans to repay the Credit Union.
- Extensions & Modifications of Loans, Negative Accounts, Delinquent Loans, Repossession, Foreclosures, Bankruptcy, Credit Reporting, Insurance Posting, CECL, Invoices, Posting Payments, Board Packets, ALM Reports, Subsidiary General Ledgers, Small Claims, Charge-offs, Working with Attorneys and Loan Staff, and Assist in other job duties as assigned by Supervisor or management.
- Ensure all collection activity is legal and follows established policies.
- Appear in court or for foreclosure on behalf of ServU.
- Assist with reports for Management
- Occasional evening hours as needed
- Maintain accurate records
- Work with spreadsheets and Access database
