Our updated site will feature a responsive design, meaning the new site will be just as easy to read and navigate on your mobile device or tablet as it is on a computer! Members can expect smoother navigation and new features that make managing your financial needs even easier.

Logging in to Digital Banking the first time after the upgrade:

• Digital banking users will need to re-authenticate their multi-factor identification when signing in to online or mobile banking the first time after the conversion.
• If you use Facial Recognition or Fingerprint ID to log into digital banking, you will need to input your password when you sign in for the first time after the conversion (please note, this is a feature you can use, not a feature you will have to use). If you need assistance with resetting your password, please reach out to us at 607-936-2293.

Here are some of the key website upgrades:

• Improved navigation
  The new site features a modern, simplified design that’s offers less scrolling and easier browsing.
• Easy online banking access
  You can log in to your online banking account from any page on the site with a handy login bar at the top right corner of the home page. 
• Choose from light mode or dark mode
  Members can choose if they would like their background to be in light or dark mode by clicking the toggle in the top right hand corner of the homepage. 
• Sticky menu 
  Scroll through pages without losing track of key links in the header. 
• Enhanced ADA compliance with Audio Eye
  We’ve made accessibility improvements for a better experience for all users with Audio Eye - a tool that ensures our site is fully accessible for all users. The tool can be accessed by clicking on the icon on the bottom right of the home page.
• New calculators, educational blog and more
  We’ve added helpful tools to assist with your financial planning including new financial calculators and an educational blog offering articles with financial tips and tricks from the experts at ServU Credit Union!
